Please note that only WDV Members can nominate for the WDV Board.

If you’re not already a Member of WDV and would like to be, (enabling you to join in the AGM and/or nominate for Board), you can apply for membership here. Note that you will need to apply for membership by close of business on the 18th of October for your membership to be processed and approved in time.

Board Nominations

Nominations are now closed.

Below is a list of brief statements from all our nominees for positions on the Board of WDV. As at the date of the WDV 2023 Annual General Meeting, the number of vacancies for Member Directors on the Board is three. Thirteen nominations have been received.

Votes for the nominees will be tallied in simple form, not a preferential system. There will be one poll where you chose your three preferred nominees for the three vacancies on the Board. The candidates with the most votes will be declared elected to the three Board vacancies at the end of the polling at the Annual General Meeting.
